First Lady Becky Dyer serves as the Church Administrator of Victory in Jesus Church – A Life Changing Ministry. With a heart for service and a deep love for people, she helps support the day-to-day ministry of the church and works behind the scenes to help everything run smoothly.

Becky is passionate about encouraging others, building relationships within the church family, and helping create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Her dedication to serving both the church and the community reflects the mission of Victory in Jesus Church – A Life Changing Ministry to share hope and point others to the life-changing power of Jesus.

Pastor Demond Hawthorne faithfully serves as part of the leadership team at Victory in Jesus Church – A Life Changing Ministry, helping support the mission of reaching people and building a strong church family.

With a heart for ministry and a passion for sharing the Word of God, Associate Pastor Hawthorne is dedicated to encouraging others in their walk with Christ and helping people grow in faith. His desire is to see lives strengthened through fellowship, biblical teaching, and the life-changing power of Jesus.
